I contacted customer services again today and that representative told me that I would be charged the £40 and there was nothing that could be done about it. Today Amazon has taken the payment of £40 despite promising a full refund of the order. After a very long wasted day, time taken off work and an autistic son waiting to be fed, the replacement order arrived by 11:30pm. I then contacted customer services again who told me that a FREE replacement would be sent out by midnight the same day. Due to the cost of living I didn't have the budget to go and buy more food so I only had the option to take more time out to wait in for the delivery. Later they said that the driver was "in my area" and would be no later than 4pm "Max". They then said they were going to refund the order. The first representative told me that they couldn't get in contact with the driver and asked me to try - I couldn't contact the driver either. ![]() When the order didn't arrive by 2pm I contacted customer services. ![]() My Amazon Fresh order was due to be delivered between 12 and 2 pm on the day of delivery.
